Season are changing fast and early summer will come here soon, city is hot humid!
But the mountain is greenish,refreshing and evape the all the healing the scent from trees,valleys,flowers!

It’s the perfect time to enjoy outdoor and after hiking, we move to tongyeong by bus for 1.5 hour while we taking sweet nap,we will open eyes with the stunning beautiful Tongyeong city where you can see hundreds of island looks like floating on the ocean!
We will take you to the small hill to have a bird view of hundreds of islands by 1 hour easy hiking or cable car!
We will stay oceanside pension to have BBQ dinner,bonfire,smores!
and how bout dipping in the cold water! November is still good to swim.

Located on Mireuksan Mountain, one of Korea’s top 100 mountains, Hallyeosudo Viewing Ropeway is the only dual-cable automatic circulating gondola system in Korea. At 1,975 meters long, it is the longest tourist ropeway in the nation. The ropeway is made up of 47 gondolas and one freight unit. Traveling at an average of 4m/sec, it takes approximately 9 minutes to reach the summit station from the ground station.
From the top of Mireuksan Mountain, one can see the historical venue for the Great Battle of Hansan below and even see as far Hallyeohaesang National Park (from Hansando Island to Yeosu), Japan’s Daemado Island, Jirisan National Park’s Cheonwangbong Peak, and Dolsando Island.

♣ Dongpirang Wall Painting Village

Dongpirang Village, meaning “cliff in the east,” features colorful wall paintings, which were created to help save the village from being demolished. The walls have since become a popular tourist attraction. Dongpirang is also a must-visit place for those coming to Tongyeong, as it was featured in Korean dramas No Such Thing as Nice Guys (2012, KBS drama) starring Song Joong-ki and Moon Chae-won and Padam Padam… The Sound of His and Her Heartbeats (2011-2012 JTBC drama) starring Jung Woo-sung and Han Ji-min. The path to the village summit is a steep hill, but it only takes about five to ten minutes on foot. The summit has an incredible view of Tongyeong, including Mireuksan Mountain and Gangguan Port.

♣ HIking Information

The hiking will be challenging, but if you have ever hiked in Korea, or if you are able to walk for an hour without stopping then, you can definitely give it your all and make it to the top!!
We will see layers of mountains and a sea of clouds touching the sunrise!
Then, we will hike down to the temple or shelter to enjoy more autumn weather. Even though we can feel Autumn’s crispy chilly weather, it will still be warm when it’s sunny in the afternoon.It may feel like two different seasons in the same day!
It will be very peaceful at the highest temple in Korea and we will have a great view. It will be the most natural way to enjoy the temple, we won’t stay long but we will enjoy the full ambiance of the temple.
Or we can go to the shelter where we can enjoy cooking, drinking, chatting with friends!
Then, we will go down to the starting point of the hiking where we can get some more fresh meals. Pajeon and the local Makgeolri will be a well-deserved lunch!

Our pension is in the Mireukdo island which is connected with bridge and located right next to beautiful seacoast and harbor. also right next to the hiking trails to the top of island by easy stroll for an hour, right next to the seakayak
As, we enjoy the BBQ dinner, also there will be separated pans and burners for the perfect mixed vegetable BBQ. If we can gather the right supplies we will make smores and have the most giant bonfire you’ve ever seen! LOL
We will enjoy the scenery of the stars, the scent of the forest, and maybe dipping in the chilly water of ocean! haha.(for all you masicists out there!)

We book entire morning time just for us. by yacht we will move in the middle of ocean to an island and do kayaking to explore among l islands. It is 1.5 hour guided kayaking and then you can have more time to explore for free!
